Recycling can feel like a lost cause, but one college student started a grassroots efforts to turn beer bottles into sand for eroding beaches.

and rescue efforts continue for dozens of people who are still missing after flash floods hit the

area Friday.

We will remain 100% dedicated, searching for every single one of the children who were at Camp Mystic, as well as anybody else and the entire riverbed to make sure that they're going to be

recovered.

The death toll now stands at 78.

And Pierre Serio Martinez Beltron has more.

Most of the confirmed fatalities are in Care County,

where the Guadalupe River ravaged communities and summer camps in the area.

Others remain missing, including young campers from an all-girls summer camp.

Rainy conditions continue in this area.

The National Weather Service has issued a flood watch for Care County

and 16 other counties in central Texas for most of the day.

The agency has forecasted rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches

with isolated 10 inches of rain possible.
