for the Republican presidential nomination in a social media video.

Pence will join a crowded GOP field.

Also today, North Dakota Governor Doug Bergum is expected to declare he is seeking the

Republican presidential nomination too.

The devastation from a damn breach in southern Ukraine is growing.
