Hungarian Prime Minister Victor Orban, a close ally of President Trump, has conceded defeat to opposition leader Peter Magyar, ending his 16 years in power. Last week, Vice President Vance visited Hungary supporting Orban, trying to shore votes for the authoritarian leader.
