Live from NPR News in Washington, I'm Kouravut-Kulman. Iran is suggesting it could charge ships that sail through the Strait of Hormuz. NPR's Fatima al-Kasab reports, British officials held a multinational meeting yesterday to discuss ways to reopen it.
