Live from NPR News in Washington, I'm Corvick-Holman. The Senate has voted to fund much of the Department of Homeland Security. After a lapse of 42 days, the deal does not include any money for ICE, but it also does not include any reform to immigration enforcement tactics that Democrats had demanded. NPR Sam Greenglass reports.
