The Biden administration is hoping to send more aid to Ukraine as it passes the two-year

mark in the war with Russia.

But as NPR's Joe Hernandez reports,

it's unclear whether the Republican-led House will put the measure up for a vote.

Earlier this month, the Senate approved a foreign aid package that included more than

$60 billion for Ukraine. White House National Security Advisor Jake

Sullivan told ABCs this week that now it's up to Republican Speaker Mike Johnson to post it for a vote

in the House of Representatives. If there were an up or down vote it would pass

overwhelmingly in the House. So it comes down to one person. Speaker Johnson, will he put the bill on the floor?

Some Republicans have come out against additional aid to Ukraine saying they think Russia will win the war.
