Live from NPR News in Washington, I'm Janine Herbst. President Trump says he will put new tariffs on European countries. It's part of his pressure campaign to get control of Greenland. And here's Mara Liason has more.

In a social media post, Trump says he will put 10% tariffs on Denmark, which currently includes Greenland. He will also tariff seven other countries, including France, Germany, and the UK.
