This new trial was meant to determine whether Giuliani would be forced to forfeit his Florida condo and other personal property as part of that compensation.

After failing to turn up for the proceeding, Giuliani posted on

social media, the matter has now been resolved. In a statement, he says he's, quote,

reached a resolution of the litigation with the plaintiffs that will result in his satisfaction of
