It's fantastic. It's first of all the audience loves to hear from you and they love to get an idea of what happens behind the scenes.

Some people will be shocked to know

that we would take the time to speak on the phone

either in front of people or not,

but we actually do.

And I don't have all the time in the world so I just want to start can we talk about

Metal Arc Media and the change that you made in the start of Metal Arc Media, what's happened since then and how you feel about the

change that's happened in your life because it's pretty significant.

Yeah. Tell me how you're doing at Metallark. How am I doing right now presently? Right this second.

Yeah, I'm doing well, I think the creative in me is reconciling with the fact that as you know when you focus on business development some of these are longer plays

you don't necessarily have as many things to show for all your hard work a lot of these things are

months long sometimes years long in development, and I really

wish for my own sake, and I really wish for some people maybe in our audience that are a little

confused why I decided to

step aside that I had something immediately to show for it.
