you and other listeners, I have a theoretical question for a future mailbag. I mean, how you had me at hello. Way into the future. Every sport and or

league we know currently will likely cease to exist.

The question is, what would happen with all of the stadium deals with cities, counties, and states

if a league folded or a sport ceased to exist?

Well, thank you very much for asking that question because this came up in the negotiation to get a new stadium in Miami.

It comes up in all stadium negotiations or arena negotiations, but we frame it slightly differently.
