Summary

Fresh from his stag do in Ireland, Exeter's Jack Nowell joins the pod to tell Ashy, Danny and Chris all about his weekend and having to wear a Munster to Thomond Park. There was plenty to discuss from the Champions Cup round of 16 as Leicester set up a quarter-final with Leinster while Ulster and Harlequins exited the competition by just one point. Danny and Ashy look forward to playing each other in the Premiership this weekend and we also talk red cards, tackle technique and sanctions.
