and Jack Smith. Today we talk about the vote, yesterday's vote from today's perspective,

yesterday's vote in the National Assembly to Aus Michel Barnier. There is, at this moment where we speak,

no new prime minister. We would like to not preempt what's going to happen in the next 12 or 24 hours, but take a more strategic look ahead.

Susanna, you wrote about the story.

This is a real mess, isn't it?

It absolutely is.

No one has actually believed that Marine Dependon would trigger her threat and vote for censor motion of the left,

but she did. And all her MPs, 331 MPs in total, voted in favor of the censor motion,

which basically means all parties on the left and the Rassonne de Mont Nacional, which is quite

astonishing, given the fact that there is no

program, no other thing that actually unites them rather than their desire to bring down

the government and ultimately actually to threaten also Emmanuel Macron to resign. What it will

change? It will change even if Emmanuel Macron were to impose another new government

can they hold on to it it depends on a little bit on the game plan from the left and from the

right we've heard marina penn in her reaction she was trying to balance it a little bit with a more responsible tone,

saying this was the only dignified outcome or solution, which is kind of hard to see that

way, but it actually suggests that the RN and the left have a very different view of who's

to blame for this mess, from Imalo and Macron.

And it seems to be like two different realities.

We have the assembly that blames everything on Macron, having dissolved the parliament

and produced a new assembly with no clear majorities, and also refusing to nominate the left in government
