I want to tell you a little bit about my podcast, Healthy G. G. G.

Where we combine my clinical experience of practicing psychiatry and sprinkle in years of

experience as a meditation teacher and sort of focus on spirituality.

So on the podcast, we're going to approach very common everyday problems from each of these lenses.

And what we really do well is blend science and spirituality to create the most accessible solutions

for people for their everyday problems.

I'll get a proper mic one day. I like like Andy has I feel like there's probably a

difference in audio quality between my my stuff and Andy's stuff. Maybe maybe not and he's a proper podcaster yeah I'm real podcaster I mean even

if it's not one's better than the other it's got to sound different ones like a

headset mic and one's like a you know well that's the key isn't it if we Luke and I both use the same yeah

yeah maybe I should just get the same as whatever whatever it is your rolling with there yeah it's

pretty nice got like a weird little mesh around it. I don't know what that does, but it looks professional.

Well, pop shield. No, the little like thing that holds it.

Oh, the bounce, the thing that is sort of like the thing that it little

cradle thing yeah there's like little rubber bands in there yeah I mean I assume that

so if you like bash your desk or bash the mic arm it doesn't like transmit to the mic itself. I've got a proper arm I can move it around.

I've got I've actually got a really good I've got a road arm you know like an extendable flexible arm to mount a good mic in but my mic is not nearly as good as the arm itself so I need to replace that mic. I got the cheapest one I could get which is like a road USB mic.

Just to wear the headset but you know

Luke won't let me do you prefer wearing a headset not for like not for the

podcast we do is so long. Right.
