Oh, well, it's just so exciting, because I think we really can get down and dirty on your

Playbook to success. And the reason I say that is that this idea of Growth IQ really intrigues me

in the respect that I've worked on, the transition from normal IQ and the old-fashioned IQ test

that we used to do back in the 80s and 90s, and then moving to the emotional intelligence,

the growth IQ is along with adaptable IQ. I think is the most pertinent of all intellectual

quotients that we could think about, because like you talk about, it will make or break your business.
