1:07.1	Outfront tonight, the breaking news, the catastrophic storm, Hurricane Ian, tearing through Florida tonight, bringing with it life-threatening storm surge and catastrophic wind damage. This is the scene right now in Punta Gorda. Trees whipping and winds, they are topping 130 miles an hour. And across Florida right now, there are people trapped in their homes. Entire homes have been flooded out, people swimming inside.
1:33.7	The rainfall now being measured in feet. One city hit hard is Benita Springs. Part of that city are now completely underwater. The storm surge has knocked homes completely off their foundations as well.
1:38.8	And to the south of there, the city of Naples, Cat 4 winds there of completely demolished buildings. Look at that.
1:44.9	Look at how high up that, obviously, you never know what's in these waters now as they come in,
1:49.8	right? You've got chemicals and everything in the middle of these towns. According to forecasters,
1:53.4	the storm surge reached more than six feet, flooding cars and homes, even leaving rescue crews stranded.
