You know, this episode began with an idea that actually came from your wife's work. So tell

My wife Stephanie, she works as a nurse at Children's GI Clinic. It's here in Nashville.

That specializes in liver and liver transplants. And she doesn't give me any details about any

of her patients because that would be illegal. But she does give me some general ideas about

some of the stories about kids who come in for a transplant. And she told me a story

about a boy who came in who got a transplant. And he was asking lots of questions about

his new liver. He was curious about where it came from. He even wondered why the kid who

gave it to him didn't need it anymore. And of course, my wife had to tell him that person's

liver he was now using a died. And it was a really touching story to me. This kid who

just wanted to know more about the person who gave up his own liver friend. And it

led me to think about what a kid might think that he might not just be getting a new organ
