All right, so as I said, we are back in Delphi, and the first witness called to the stand for the defense was Dr. Polly Westcott.

She's a neuropsychologist who specializes in forensic psychology and neuropsychology.

Dr. Westcott explained to the court that she was hired by the defense in August 20 23 to assess Richard Allen's mental, emotional,

and physical health while he was in custody at Westville Correctional Unit.
