But Jay, you're called the paranormal historian.

How does one get that name?

That's like a long time, actually.

I've been actually investigating the paranormal for almost two decades now.

And the paranormal historian kind of came through the latter part of my experience

when I decided to kind of open up to the world, my love for the history, and a city that has not been investigated before.

So I'm actually from Knoxville, Tennessee, and the city, basically I visited the city quite a few years ago.

I've been actually here for almost 13 years now.

And I really kind of fell in love with the city and basically bringing in my knowledge base with paranormal investigation and also my trailblazing
