Good morning, everyone, the Simple Handicap for Monday, November 23rd. Thank you for making me a part of your morning.

It's been a bit of a late and scrambled evening and really a late and scrambled Sunday all the way around.

So recording this podcast a lot later than usual, it is just after 9 p.m. Mountain Standard Time, 11 p.m. Eastern standard time.

So this is truly going to be a Monday morning podcast, which would mark the first one of the season all the way around.

Week 11 in the rearview mirror. Last Monday night football, still to go. Giants on the road at the Buccaneers.

Tampa, a soft 11-point favorite.

Total hasn't budged sitting at 50 and a half, but likely to come down just a tick.

Not too much for me to say on this one one way or the other. We will have the halftime show going,

so hopefully a second half bet for you. But other than that, it's a four and three week 11.

Season record now moves to 77 and 38, 67 percent over 115 bets. Can't complain about a single thing. And we're on to

the Thanksgiving week, NFL week 12. And I'll tell you what, from week 11 going into week 12 a ton of weird box

scores nothing incredibly misleading nothing that's likely to lead to any sort of crazy reaction

outside of like one or two spots that were more score related.

I'll get to those in the second.

But really, it was just a spot where a lot of the box scores were weird.

A lot of garbage time adding on sort of skewing things.

And we'll touch on those as we go.

Probably makes the most sense to start off with the fact that all six teams playing on Thanksgiving

Thursday lost this week. So we haven't seen any real strong reactions or changes to any of

these prices because everyone coming off of the games today, Sunday, was a loser.

So that makes a very interesting Thanksgiving slate.

And we'll kick things off with the Bears on the road at the Detroit Lions.
