You know, when we first started this show, one of the organizations that really helped out

in various ways was Mufon because some of their state representatives came on our show and

kind of helped us get things along.

Well, today we have James Carion, who is the current head of the

organization, and we're going to discuss Mufon, the cases about all the things that afflict or

affect the UFO field, such as the status of investigations, calls for disclosure, what he thinks about exopolitics, about a few of

the cases he's gotten involved in, et cetera, et cetera. James, welcome to the powercast.

Now, one of the things I was thinking to ask you here is way back when we had several major UFO organizations, we had

NICAP, National Investigations Committee on Aerial Phenomena, that was the organization

of which Major Donald Kehoe had become director.

Then, of course, we have the Aerial Phenomena Research Organization with the Lorenzans, and we had Mufon.

Today, we just have Mufon. Do you kind of feel that you're the last one standing?

Well, we sort of feel like that, but you know, we're also a much-needed resource. The reason

Mufon exists as a nonprofit organization is because we serve the public. And I believe

NICAP and Aparo filled those same roles in their time.

So if Mufant's not around, somebody has to be around to do what we do.

And that's to listen to people and to understand what they're,

or trying to understand what they're seeing in the skies.

One of the things that we see with UFO organizations are that sometimes they reach the conclusions

before the investigation. So does Mufon have a specific position as an organization as to what UFOs are?
