It's Wednesday, November 20th. I'm your host, Ryan Williams. In Vermont, police responded to a home after a man called and stated he hurt two people and needed an ambulance. In California, police responded to a home after a man called and stated he hurt two people and needed an ambulance.

In California, police responded to a hospital for a reported stabbing.

And in Texas, a beloved police dispatcher was found gunned down in his own home.

On Friday at around 11.30 a.m., the Montpelier Police Department in Vermont received a.m. He received a 911 call from a man who claimed that he had attacked two people in his home and needed an ambulance.

First responders traveled to the home on Gallison Hill Road and met with the man who made that 911 call.

He was later identified as 29-year-old Matthew Gomez.

Matthew was detained for his safety as well as the safety of others as officers worked to

assess the situation.

Matthew then told officers that they would find his parents at the back end of their

property.

As officers were walking the property, they observed what appeared to be a notable amount of

smashed debris, including some gas cans.

And as officers continued making their way to the back of the property, they discovered the bodies

of an adult male and an adult female lying on the ground on the east side of a barn.

Both appeared to be deceased and well beyond help.

The victims would later be identified as 77-year-old Jerry Gomez and his wife,

60-year-old Mary Gomez.

Once the victims were found on the property, Matthew was informed he was being arrested
