serve in Vietnam.

tasking Attorney General Bondi to create an AI litigation task force to stop states

from protecting their citizens by passing regulations on artificial intelligence technology.

Joining us at J.B. Branch, the big tech accountability advocate for Public Citizens Congress Watch

Division. He leads public citizens advocacy efforts on

artificial intelligence accountability, consumer data and privacy rights, tech product safety,

platform oversight and child online safety protections. Previously, he helped create the infrastructure

for Louisiana's automated expungement system,

advised the Department of Justice on privacy concerns surrounding locative devices

and registries for people with autism, and held a legal fellowship with the Center for

AI and Digital Policy, where he promoted AI policies that ensured democratic values.
