If you ever get in a big argument about politics or something or religion on Facebook or Twitter, even in person, a friend of my reminded me of something, which I think is

really true, and that is if you're going to sum up somebody else's arguments or what they believe,

make sure you do it in a way that they would recognize it. Like, yeah, that's what I actually

believe. Because a lot of times it's not... You're giving your interpretation or your idea of what they believe, and you're arguing against that and not what they actually believe. And you're making it sound ridiculous. Right. But it's not, that's not what they're saying. I have that happen all the time with my own beliefs, like, see people reacting to what they would think Christianity is. I'm like, well, that's not what we've ever said. But okay, sure, but I don't

recognize the argument. If you're going to be kind to somebody, and this is about, you know,

treating somebody as you'd want to be treated, is you would take the best arguments they can advance

and then make your case. And I think that's okay, but yeah, make it, make it so that you're

actually engaging the person

and respecting them if you ever want to jump in on the show you know with a comment or question
