Edwards is accused of being the so-called Claremox serial killer who terrorized Perth in

1996 and 1997.

The Baltimore Sun reported on Monday that the United States Supreme Court declined to

take up a Nonsiads appeal for a new trial.

In 1999, at Nonsiads, then 18, was convicted for the murder of his ex-girlfriend, 17-year-old

Heyman Lee.

Perth's Siaid, he was at his high school library at the time of the murder, but the

alibi was never verified by any witnesses during the trial.

In 2014, serial, a podcast about the case became very popular, generating major interest

in the case.
