I didn't, I think our diaries didn't quite align. So it's been a fair while, mate. It's been a fair while. It's been four weeks. I mean, I've absolutely no idea who replaced you, no memory of that whatsoever. I'm going to assume it was Neil.

Neil always steps in when you need him to, so I'm sure it was him.

So we haven't had a hot or freezing cold take from Dave Reed for a long time,

so I'm sure we'll get a lot of ice cold, freezing cold takes as we make our way through this preview.

First off, though, brilliant that the Premier League's back. You've got the international breakout of the way now and you know from now until the end of the season, you're just going at it in your Premier League week in week out, which is how I like to live my life. Yeah, I mean, it's felt like it's been like a thousand days long, this international... It's just gone on forever and ever hasn't it and then

obviously there was no f a cup action for villa there was a little bit of a kind of tease of

action really we got a couple of good games then a couple of games that weren't particularly

competitive i don't think in the f a cup um and then we got some good action in midweek in

europe but now we're we're kind of back back to it now we? Back to it, which is exciting from now to the end of the season.

Trophies won and lost over the next six weeks or so.

Yeah, I should say if anyone hears any noises in the background, it won't be the dog on this occasion.

My wife has put the washing machine on before I started this park.
