We are one day closer to Notre Dame kicking off, one day closer to Notre Dame getting into summer workouts and fall camp.

A lot to cover in between then, Brian.

And today we have another episode about kind of the state of the program.

We've been, now that we can finally turn the page on spring, we can start diving into these position groups at Notre Dame. And up next on the docket today is defensive end room. And so we're breaking this really into three different parts. We're talking about obviously a lot of conversation around Bubba Kar Toriori. We're going to be talking about the depth overall in the room.

We're going to be breaking down the future of the defensive end room.

We're wrapping everything up today with a mailbag that's going to be focused on defensive ends. Like Brian said, anything defensive end related.

So about Notre Dame, past, present or future, top defensive ends across the country or just simply in recruiting.

So it's going to be a really fun show today, man.

It is. I'm looking forward to it.

And this is a very important position for Notre Dame, Trevor.

Obviously, you want to win a championship?

Have a great defensive line.

I think that's absolutely a key ingredient.

And we've seen that in certainly in recent years.

Indiana had an

outstanding defensive line. Ohio State had an outstanding defensive line. I don't know that I

would say all season, but certainly in the postseason, it played up to its potential. And we've

seen, I think, that entire starting lineup and several backups get drafted in the last two years.

Michigan obviously had a great and very deep defensive line.

And then, of course, Georgia was very much the definition of a line-driven defense in 21 and 22.
