welcome back to another edition of the Irish Breakdown podcast. Happy Wednesday,

everybody. And now that it's Wednesday, it means a couple things for us here at Irish Breakdown.

First and foremost, Notre Dame had their fourth spring practice today that Brian and I got to go see.

And it's also by so hold. So we're going to have a loaded show for you here today we're

going to talk about we're going to break down what we saw on the offense uh the offensive

side of practice we're going to talk about what we saw on defense and as always for our premium

message subscribers we have our buy so hold today where you guys get to ask us some topics and

questions to ask us about.

So without further ado, I'm excited to jump into this today, Brian, because it's the fourth practice.

It's spring is moving along.

We got to see him today in helmets and shoulder pads, not just helmets.

Got to see a little bit more physicality as opposed to the first time we got to see him.

So the offseason is often chugging away, man. Yeah, man, I so love it, Trev. I just, you know,

I woke up this morning and, you know, Rita, Rita had a rough night last night. She was sick.

So like, I'm up every 30 minutes and I'm exhausted. I'm like, God, just don't want to go to this practice today.

You know, just one of them things.

And I get in the car and I'm on driving on my way.

We're talking.

And as soon as I get on campus, you know, I told you, I sprained my foot the other

days.
