So Trevor, when we dive into this match up, this matchup, I, the first thing that you look at is the Notre Dame run defense against Indiana Rush offense because we're going to talk about the pass part for second.

Because that's the side that most people think of when they think of Indiana's offense and the thing

they think of Notre Dame's defense is what a great past defense and what a great, you know, pass

offense. And that's going to be a great battle and we're going to have a lot of talk about it.

But I think talking about the run game first is vitally important. And something that I have said for years and something that I've noticed from you

and comments you've made when we play when Notre Dame plays teams like this and we break down

games like this is that you understand how important it is if a team is a really good

throwing team to not allow them to have some semblance of balance.

And there's a lot of talk about how Indiana is this high octane pass game that

throws it all over the yard.

And I'm like, yeah, they're really not.

They only rate 29th nationally in passing yards per game.

They've had a couple big games where they've thrown the ball around and they've put up

big yards.

And what I think

happens is is when people only watch you play a couple times and you throw the ball really well

those couple times they start to assume that that's just who you are all the time and if you look at

Indiana this season Trevor they've they've had five games they went over 300 yards but've had several games that they've won big games and they've been barely over 200,

you know, and so this is a very good passing team, but this is a team that when they're at

their best is a balanced football team. Is what they do best throw the football? Absolutely.
