we are going to jump into the offense. And what we think about a team that put up 485 total yards

of offense, 36 points. And, you know, I think we all were like, but at the end of the day,

not a terrible performance there by the O'Brien. What are your thoughts?

Well, I think it just shows the, you know what I kind of feel about the offense?

Because I see some comments from people in the chat and they're just like, you know, drop passes, was this, was that?

And I'm like, I get all that stuff. But what that says is not so much that the offense played poorly. It's definitely got to play better. It shows what the new bar is. Like, we're grading off of a different scale now. like a year ago, this performance against a team like NC State, we'd be like,

what a great day from the offense.

They passed for 342 yards and ran for a buck 43.

The running backs combined for 152 yards and like, yeah, it wasn't perfect, but, man, like, what a

performance.

If this team plays like this, the rest of the year, nobody beats them.

And now we're just like, and look, I'll say, like, they got to play better next week

against USC than they did this week because NC State's a good football team, but USC's better.

And they're better on both sides of the ball.

But the fact of the matter is,

is like there's just, the offense has just not been clicking the last two weeks

for different reasons.

Today, the offense, the past game didn't bother me as much.

There were some, you know, some drops late in the game and, you know, some receiver route running at times wasn't great.

And CJ missed a couple.

I mean, Cormac's going to miss throws, but he also threw some absolute dimes today.
