We're talking about the Notre Dame transfer portal class.

And this started from an article that came out on ESPN.

And it was like ranking portal classes or like underranked portal classes.

And once again, we find ourselves in a position where there is an aspect of this Notre Dame football program that's being overlooked.

And, you know, there are some areas of certain Notre Dame football program that's being overlooked.

And, you know, there are some areas of certain transfer portal classes that are getting highlighted.

Rightfully so.

You're going to talk about Indiana's.

You talk about the high level of transfers that LSU is bringing in.

I understand that.

But we wanted to talk about how the Notre Dame portal class is continuing to be overlooked. And it's not getting enough love. And a quick reminder for everybody, the portal class they brought in, they're not bringing in 30 guys, but they filled needs, and they brought in high-level talent. On offense, they brought in two wide receivers, Milan Graham and Quincy Porter from Ohio State. Defensively, they brought in Keon Keeley from Alabama, Francis Brew from Pitt, Tion Gray from Oregon, Jaten Sanders from Michigan, DJ McKinney from Colorado, and a kicker, Spencer Poreth from Purdue. But despite having every single transfer guy that you have coming in from a Power 4 program, and a lot of them have started or played, played in meaningful minutes, played in were around playoff caliber programs still not getting any love man still not getting any love i'm and i'm i'm shocked by it trev because when in this is a you and i were talking

about this before the show and the comment you made was and i and i wholeheartedly, I'll bring it up now, was after what you saw from Notre Dame the last few years,

how are you not, like, automatically assuming that their portal class is going to be kind of impactful?

And I'm not even talking about just Riley Leonard from two years ago.

I mean, just Jack Cohn all the way back in 2021,

Giovante Jean-Baptiste, the string of nickels that they've produced in the last few years

and the high-level play we've seen from them. And then, of course, there's the impact in the

2024 season where you had Riley Leonard, Bo Collins, Jaden Harrison,

and I continue to just wonder, like, you watch the Georgia game.

Think about the plays that transfers made in that game.

Like, think about that for a second.
