And it is an area of hot topics for a multitude of different reasons.

A lot of good, a lot of improvement, a lot of discussion around this offensive line unit.

And where we're going to start is we're going to talk about 2024 as a whole.

Magical season for Notre Dame before the show started, I went through.

And I've been going back through and just watching Notre Dame's games from 2024.

And when you can sit back and watch the entire highlight reel of all 16 games,

call it 15 because I don't really feel like watching the Northern Illinois game.

But when you go back through and you think about this season,

it was a magical season.

And the offensive line did play a part in Notre Dame making it to the national championship.

But when you go through and we have an honest recap,

there are some good takeaways and some not so good takeaways from this line,

things that need to continue into the 25 season, and some things that I'm pretty sure we would be pretty content with if they got left behind in 2024.

Here's the deal with the offensive line is it begins with understanding why it's important.

And it's not just because Marcus Freeman said they're a line-driven program.

That's Marcus Freeman stating the obvious if you're the head coach in Notre Dame.

I mean, it just, that should be a given for you. And if you don't understand that,

you shouldn't be the head coach at Notre Dame. He understands that.
