Recruiting team college football is the topic de jure that we will be discussing today.

I'm Brian Driscoll.

And this is going to be our new Monday show moving forward.

Sean and I always talk about how we want to do this show.

We love doing this show.

We did it on some Saturdays.

It's just it was too hard to do it consistently on Saturdays.

And so we said, you know what?

Let's make this our Monday show.

And Sean was able to figure out how to make that work.

And I am excited to have this now as our Monday show, Sean.

And so the way to work is each week we'll pick a recruiting topic related to

Notre Dame. We'll discuss that. We'll pick some type of team topic that we want to talk about

with Notre Dame. It'll vary. A lot of times it'll be just sort of the latest news, the latest

happenings, you know, kind of looking forward, some kind of big picture topic that we want to discuss,

which today is going to be interesting is we're going to talk about is Notre Dame an elite program?

And is the nation still viewing Notre Dame in the same light it viewed the 2020,

2018, and 2012 teams?

And if they are, is that appropriate?
