I'm tired today.

I did two miles worth of hill running this morning.

So I was pretty exhausted by the time my day started.

But it felt great.

You always feel good until about 3 o'clock.

Then it really kind of sets in because I was up.

We started running around 6.30, got done at 7.30, and then just kind of started my day from there.

I was supposed to go into the office, but I was like, yeah, that's not happening.

At least I got to stay. Yeah, at least I got to stay home today.

Got a lot of work done early, so I was done around 4.15. So that was nice. Just kind of, before we got on on i went and just kind of laid down for a second

so had a couple questions pop up here in the chat Tommy with an interesting one why he he says

sean why do you guys always use third person in the show descriptions i mean that's basically

you know there's there's some first person plural mixed in there as well.

You know, there's some whee's and stuff like that.

But I mean, it's essentially, like if you look at most podcast descriptions, that's how most of them are written, you know, because like if someone was dialing up on this show tomorrow, it's not like

I'm going to write it in first person. It needs to be written so that someone who's just coming

upon the show, you know, can can read it plainly and kind of have an idea of what's in there, right?
