The question is, is the kicker from Texas, a kid Notre Dame should consider in the transfer portal?

So I'm being real hesitant to say for sure who they should or shouldn't go after. So I'm like, yeah, you got to get Nick Marsh. Well, what if somebody even better jumps in? I don't know if there is anyone better to jump in the portal. but it's just like, I just want to see some guys jump in first before we start hammering.
