Which side of the ball do you have more confidence in to clean it up?

It's a great question.

Right now, I would say the offense.

Because offensively, there's one unit, every unit needs to be improved.

Running back's footwork needs to be improved.

CJ Carr's debut was fantastic, but he has a ways to go before he's a finished product.

The wide receivers need to play with a much bigger sense of urgency. And, you know, obviously the tight end room has things that they have to clean up. The offensive line is a big hitter. And I don't know how big of a turnaround they're going to have with just one by week. I think it's going to be just another one of those long grueling seasons of each week they get a little bit better. But I have more faith in the offense.

Why?

Because defensively, you have some question marks around your overall scheme.

To Brian's point earlier in the show, they were playing a lot of fitball.

They weren't playing a whole lot of football.

We watched some players do some things that were very uncharacteristic.

I don't think that it's a mystery that when asked to be an aggressive downhill linebacker,

Drake Bowen missed five tackles in all of 2024 in the entire season when he was asked to
