How big of a role would you say Lauren Landau played in

helping implement this new culture of Notre Dame?

That's an interesting question, man, because you can look at it. I say it all the time.

I have no problem with people being worried about the laundry list of injuries that would suffer,

specifically the season-ended injuries with the

change and philosophy with loren lando coming in but then the young players being ready to play

is something on the positive side of that pleasure as well so in this team team, week after week, was the more physical team.

We always saw opposing players on the ground, injured, timeout, injured player. So, you know,

you look at the injuries and say, man, we have to look into that. And I'm sure they will look

into the analytics of what happened and how can we prevent this next year. But the one thing that stood out to me was the

physicality in this team and how this team physically did not wilt and how they got stronger

going into a new season of a 14 playoff, that has to be applauded.

And like, yo, they were the team.

And they were the team that was surging in the national championship game.

Ohio State was losing steam.

You know, that's something else to look at.

You know, overall the culture, I think that the change has been good.

You know, if they can use the information that they garnered this year to eliminate some of the big injuries, the season ending injuries,

I think it's going in a good direction.
