Bobby S. Do you think quarterback is the most important position in the 2027 class?

To me, it is because I like Hebert and Grubbs, but seeing them as a step down from Minci and Carr.

Thoughts, and who is your number one realistic quarterback?

I don't know that I agree with that.

very similar to Kenny Minchie from a recruiting ranking standpoint for me. So I don't agree with

your premise. So I think quarterback recruiting is always very important. I don't think it's

the most important in 2027. It's in the top group. The reason I would say it is important is not so much that I don't have a lot of faith in Blake Heber to Noah Grubbs. I do. I think Noel Grubbs is a very talented quarterback. I just think his recruiting ranking. I was actually thinking about this driving down street the other day. Nobody talks about Noah grubs. And nobody asks us about no grubs. Why? Because he's not ranked very high. If he was ranked as a five star, we'd be talking about him all the time. We'd be getting questions about him all the time. And we don't because he's not ranked real high. And CJ eventually got dropped down by some, but he started very high. And then even, you know, some of them started to drop them, which was nuts. But if he was ranked higher in the exact same player, I think some people would have a very different opinion than him. So I don't necessarily agree. I don't think either one of those guys are as good as CJ Carr. There haven't been a lot of quarterbacks for anybody that I thought were as good as

C.J. Carr was coming out of high school.

So I disagree on that.

I think both of those guys are very good quarterbacks and good fits for the Mike

Denbrock offense.

The reason that I do think that it's big, that they get certain guys in 27 is not

because I lack faith in the

confidence in the two players before, but there's some studs in 2027.

And I don't care.

And so my feeling on the importance of landing one of those big time quarterbacks in 27

would be the same if I thought that Noah Grebs and Blake Heber were both five stars,

because anytime you get a chance to get a big time quarterback, you take a big time quarterback.

And it also means that he's not going to play against you, which is a part of that as well.

So I think it's a very important position in 27, but it says, but it's more because of how talented

the 27 kids are,
