We are here to talk about game one of the Notre Dame season, and that unfortunately

ends up as a loss for the Fighting Irish.

They go down to number 10, Miami, down in Miami Gardens, 27 to 24 in a game that in a word was sloppy

and it wasn't sloppy because of the weather. It was a tough game to watch on a lot of

different fronts, but we're going to get into it here. Guys, we've got a lot to say about

what we just witnessed. And this is the first time that we've had to talk about back-to-back losses since September of 2022.

So to throw that stat out there because why not?

So not a fun show to do, but that's what we do here.

We will show up no matter what.

And we are going to talk about this game, guys.

And, you know, the first thing that we like to do during a post-game show, whether win-loss, we

want to talk about our gut feelings and, you know, what we're feeling as we come out.

And Brian, I will throw it to you.

Just your overall thoughts on where we are right now. Yeah, obviously, we're going to get into

the specifics of offense and defense and individual players. But overall, it's just a very

disappointing performance tonight. And, you know, guys, look, there's a scenario in which

they lose this game. And I'm like, hey, it sucks. It's a bad law. You know, it's bad to lose. But, you know, guys, look, there's a scenario in which they lose this game.
