So let's talk. So let's talk some defense here, Brian, and we're going to continue our conversation

about sophomores impacting this 2004 Notre Dame football team.

We're going to shift our focus to defense.

And we are going to, we had three groups in the offense, and we are going to we had three groups in the offense and we're going to have

four groups defensively okay and so just to kind of give you guys a rundown an agenda if you

will about how we're going to do the defense group one will be impact players that we know guys

that have kind of given already, they've,

they've already kind of broken out a little bit. Guys we know are going to be very important

pieces. Right. Two, are impact players that have to step up, like guys that, that we're a little

bit more uncertain of. Correct. But they have to step up.

And it'll make sense when we discuss the individual players.

And then you get to group three and we're talking key contributors, okay, getting into that rotation, you know, that kind of a deal.

And then group four is going to be the battling for time group, right?

This is the group that is trying to get into that rotation,

finding a way onto the field and seeing if they can do that. So four groups for defense. So here

we go. It's sort of like group one is kind of a one A, one B. It's kind of, because it is such a

a unique situation for some of these guys on defense, you know, and it'll make sense.

It'll make sense when we kind of break it out.
