The uptick comes from the conversations. The conversations that are taking place,

even without all of the extra things that the previous recruiting coordinator would have added

in the things that he was doing, even without all but that, the conversation is being had

because these young men, 26, 27, 28,

just watched the on-field product.

There were two teams left standing at the end of the year.

Notre Dame was one of them,

and unfortunately, they just didn't hoist the trophy.

Conversation is picking up.
