It was a childish remark.

It was a dumb remark. And it was one

entirely based on Steve Sarkisian assuming that none of us have a memory span that goes beyond three

years. And we're going to forget that his first two years, they went what? What were they,

12 and 15, his first two years or something? Like 12 and 13. 12 and 15 his first two years or something like 12 and 13 or 13 and 12 or so what was this

hold on let me just look it up instead of trying to guess they went 5 and 7 is first year I believe

and then 8 and 5 is next year so um well they 13 and 12 is that what his record was let me pull it up here real quick yeah he they 13 and 12? Is that what his record was?

Let me pull it up here real quick.

Yeah, he went 13 and 12 in his first two years and went 9 and 9 in the Big 12.

I mean, he literally had a 17 and 10 record in three years in the Big 12.

I mean, dude lost to Kansas.

So it was a stupid remark, honestly, and just petty and unnecessary.

And I'm all for taking shots of Texas Tech for the way they've conducted themselves.

But it was an unnecessary stupid comment from a coach.

And I'm like, dude, you need to worry about learning how to beat Florida. You know, because you just got smacked in the mouth this past year by a four-eight Florida team. You can miss me with that, you know, tough guy talk right now, right? Like you get bullied in the trenches by every team that you play that's got any physicality. Why don't you try to fix that problem first?

And then you can talk about whether or not your second stringers would be Texas Tech.
