Whenever Notre Dame hosts the first round college football playoff game, it should be the

single Friday night game to open the playoffs.

We've seen a number of teams host a college football playoff games to date, and none of them

have come close to matching the majesty tradition and spectacle that define a game day at Notre Dame.

A game day at Notre Dame is the best game day atmosphere in all of college football.
