that's reported on the internet's true. So that's what I heard. I'm sure this is also true.

But no, in all seriousness, it looks like Matt Patricia is going to be the new defensive

coordinator for the Ohio State Buckeyes. Can you believe that?

So just actually Pete Dammel reported, assuming that's the real Pete Dammel.

Looks like it is the real Pete Dammel.

So that is a very interesting hire.

I got to tell you, you know, look, I feel a little bit better about

Notre Dame hiring Chris Ash. When I looked at, I saw DJ Durkin got a big pay raise to say

at Auburn for two and a half mill. I'm thinking, DJ Durkin, it's a solid DC, but DJ Durkin,

really? And the rumor was, is that's because he was being targeted by Ohio State.

He was their top choice.

And so that got him a big job.

And then I see that they hired Matt Patricia.

I'm like, you know what?

Maybe this Chris Ash hire wasn't so bad.

Maybe there weren't a lot of great candidates out there that they were willing to move.

I don't know, man.

But I saw that and I was like, no, I, that's a, that's a way to go. That's a way to go,

I guess. But yeah, it's going to be very interesting to see how that one goes, man. Very interesting.

But I was puzzled by it. So that's kind of what has been running through my mind the last few minutes is like, somebody just texted me and he goes, Matt, Patricia, wow. And I'm like, dude, I got no more response than that. I mean, wow. Okay. That's one way to go. It's one way to go. That was an option that they could have went with. I'll say that.
