Notre Dame fans. Welcome back to another edition of the Irish Breakdown podcast it is Wednesday

November 20th Wednesday means hump day it means we're now three days away from game day and

the best part about Wednesdays Trevor at least for me is that it is buy sell hold time and that is

what we're going to do today so I made the executive decision since we had so many great Bicerold submissions. And honestly, a lot of the submissions were about some of the topics that we were going to talk about today. We just decided to kind of dive into this Bicea hold right away. So that way you guys can get everything rocking and rolling and really truly dictate what we're going to discuss today. So I thought that'd be a lot of fun. And, you know, anytime we get more bice of hold time, I know Trevor's happy. So we're all good here. A lot going on in Notre Dame land. Obviously, Notre Dame has a huge game up against Army this weekend, one of only two matchups. Who to thunk that? In the second to last week of the regular season, the only

matchups within ranked teams would have been Ohio State and Indiana and Notre Dame and

Army. Think about that preseason, Trevor. Just wild how this season has panned out. I look at

the last couple weeks and I'm like, ah, not a lot of, not a lot of assumed, you know, upset type things happening on the docket,

but then I'm just like, man, the way this season is gone, man, so much is possible. It's going

to be a wild, wild final couple weeks. Plus, this is the weekend where a lot of the SEC teams

play like garbage non-conference opponents.

But, you know, we thought that Colorado versus Kansas might have been a game

with one of the teams ranked.

Who knew it was going to be Colorado, not Kansas?

Just so many different things going on this weekend, Trevor, Alabama, Oklahoma,

who, I mean, thought that probably would have been a ranked matchup.

So some intriguing games this weekend, but not a lot of where we just assume it's going to be a huge game this weekend, which is why I think it's going to be a fun weekend because of all that.

But their name obviously has one of those marquee games.

We had the college fall playoff rankings came out last night.

SEC fans are losing their minds, which is kind of fun to watch. Like, I'm almost partly wanting to kind of agree with them about like the Big Ten aspect of it. But then they always got to bring Notre Dame into it. And I'm like, guys, this is not the year to be bringing up Notre Dame. And then you get all these SMU fans who don't understand that the ranking is not based

off who has the best loss because I've just literally seen 15 SMU fan tweets this morning

like, oh, our loss was versus so-and-so, our loss.

I'm like, when that's all you've got, you're making, you're not making the point you

...
