have a quote for you. And it is this. Don't live the same year 75 times and call it a life.

Say it again. Do not live the same year 75 times and call it a life. Robin Sharma said that. And I think that this

quote is something to really sit and chew on as we head into 2023 new year. I remember when I graduated

college and I went into corporate America for the first time. And there was this guy that was a senior

guy, but he wasn't that good. He just wasn't that good.

But he used to go around all the time saying, I have 15 years of experience,

15 years of experience in this rule.

And I remember my first manager saying, yeah, that guy's basically got one year of experience

repeated 14 more times.

And that was the running joke in the office.

And I think that really applies.

It kind of says the same thing as the office. And I think that really applies. It kind of

says the same thing as the original quote here, doesn't it? And one last, the final quote

before we get into the topic of today's show, and that is Albert Einstein saying the definition

of insanity is doing the same action repeatedly, yet expecting a different result. So, all of these

smart people are saying these quotes, and they're really good, but why do we do this in our lives?

Why do we keep repeating the same year over and over again?

And just because the passing of time has occurred, we call it experience, right?

So in today's episode, I want to poise an idea that I have learned to be true.

I want to poise a question for you to ask in your life.
