It was all the way back in January 2019 when Disney first announced that Academy Award winner Peter Jackson, he of Lord of the Rings, would be digitally restoring 60 hours of never-before-seen footage and over 140 hours of audio from The Beatles' Let It Beatt-Beckesons' get-back sessions in 1969.

The end result is an immersive, vivid, intricate and joyful piece of work.

The Beatles Get Back, a mesmerizing three-part docu series that will be streaming exclusively on Disney Plus

starting Thursday, November 25th.

Now, Stephen, we've been lucky enough to see a preview of the Beatles get back from Disney Plus.

It's very good.

It's very good.

It's very, very good.

And it really delivers what fans wanted, which is a huge, immersive, colorful, deeply involving an intricate and detailed portrait of this month in the Beatles lives.

It is. I mean, I think what it does, it just contextualizes what we already know from other sources,

from the original Let It Be film, from the Let It Be box set. It just puts all of that into context.

Yeah, and it flies by. It's mainly never-before-seen footage. Even the little bits and pieces that are out there already,

they're shot from different angles,

they sound different, they look different, they feel different,

they're in a different context.

It's a game changer if you're a Beatles fan.

It absolutely is.

And I think we've seen the clips and you're focusing on the visuals,

but the audio is spectacular as well.
