Yes! Hello my friends and welcome to the Robcast. This is episode 280 and I'm

0:11.4

coming to you from the kitchen table in the Bell Family quarantine headquarters

0:19.7

sending you love. It just feels like it's time for a sermon. So this episode is a

0:26.5

sermon and it's called nothing and everything. I first came across this phrase in

0:34.8

this letter in the New Testament like a letter written from some people to some

0:40.8

1:42.7

One of them is called wait for it. Second Corinthians although probably it was

1:47.6

like the third letter between them somehow but I'll read you just a little

1:54.1

section just to get that like and sort of paraphrase some of it just to get you

1:59.2

up to this one phrase. So he's writing to his friends and he says we commend

2:03.2

ourselves to you in every way in great endurance in troubles hardships and

2:10.2

distresses in beatings in prisonments in riots in hard work sleepless nights
