Summary

In this episode of the Enneagram and Coffee podcast, Sarajane Case discusses how therapy has simplified her understanding of relational conflict. She shares a personal example from her relationship with her partner, Oby, where they experience conflict during their tennis games. Sarajane explains how therapy has taught her to recognize the core issues and fears that each person brings to a conflict, often rooted in their inner child responses. By pausing and reflecting on their inner child needs, they can find practical and less emotionally overwhelming resolutions. Sarajane emphasizes the importance of exploring these needs to simplify relational conflict. -- Notion Templates here - www.sarajanecase.com/shop Enneagram Coffee here - https://www.summitcoffee.com/sarajanecasestore Call/text your enneagram questions to (828) 338-9127 Grab a copy of my books at www.thehonestenneagram.com & www.theenneagramletters.com Check out my YouTube channel: www.youtube.com/sarajanecase Learn more about your ad choices.
