Here we go.

Okay, Danny, so this is our first cast of this type where you and I answer questions that come from our work in the

field out on the road, conferences, client locations.

And I think we just came up with this idea, well you just came up with this idea, less than 72 hours ago.

Yeah, I just, I had this experience of like,

I'm getting the same questions in the field,

and some of them we don't have casts for. Right. And we

didn't solicit these calls the way we do our licensee calls. My experience

with the licensee calls is at some of the calls are quite specific and we enjoy answering them.

We find them interesting questions, but these questions seem to come up regularly and it just we assume that perhaps as

regularly as they come up maybe that means a lot of people want to hear the answers

yeah I think so And look guys we know publishing the

answers to our the answers to these two questions to the quarter of a million

weekly listeners we have doesn't doesn't necessarily reach everyone but we thought we try

this and see what everybody thought. So we're going to answer two questions this

week right Mark right the first one is isn't it a contradiction when you say don't give feedback to our boss, but

we should accept it from a direct?

And the second one is, my career has plateaued for all kinds of reasons and I'm thinking

of leaving my company what should I do?

That's a tough one?
