but I don't think there's any other way to describe what we just saw. We've seen this before.

This is now the third time Donald Trump has been indicted, but it feels different to me.

It feels different from the other two. It feels more important.

It goes right really to the heart of our democracy.

I had one particular observation that I thought was interesting and strategically really important that I wanted to talk about today.

The January 6th indictment, it turns out, is hardly about January 6th at all.

As we got our first look this week at DOJ's special counsel, Jack Smith's momentous indictment
